I've been thinking about cutting my caffeine intake, but so far I haven't.  I'm still drinking about five mugs a day.

All the food that there's in my fridge is in fluid state - beer, wine, sparkling wine (need it for tomorrow), slivovitz, tullamore...

Q, you're a soda head...  how much do you drink in a day?  A couple of litres?

Coffee's a whole other level of caffeine abuse, and hard on yer tummy, too.... a mug of strong coffee can have about as much caffeine as 2L of Barq's or cola (based on Canadian levels).

I feel pretty gross if my caffeine intake is over 500 mg or so for more than a couple of days in a row.  Lambi is probably doing 500 - 1000 mg/day....   gotta substitute a few cups of tea in there, man!  I'm down to 1 cup of coffee but lots of green tea.

oh, I usually only drink maybe 2-3 cans of Barq's a day.

I talk about caffeine, but I only get it from Coke and Barq's. I'm probably out of my league here.

Dosen't mean I won't enjoy it.
