Strictly speaking it would have been Monday but people do count non-rigorously which in my opinion should not be allowed. Oddly my mother died at 1:30 a.m. 3 years ago (or it may be 4 - see what I mean, dreadful counting) and my sister just emailed me in confusion as to the day which in any case is not correct as it is only the Hebrew date that matters.
