The brain eating is a Hollywood invention, not folklore.
And extended teeth are not a default feature of vampires either. And even if they have ones, the location and length can differ significantly. Schreck had lengthened rodent-like incisors,  Lugosi had no fangs at all and the sharp canines showed up for the first time in El Vampiro (1957).

Plus many vampires (in particluar folklore ones) don't need any bodily contact and suck the lifeforce remotely.

Maybe that's the cause of chronic fatigue syndrome.

Chronic fatigue is a classic symptom of vampirized people.

I don't know which is actually correct. I suspect no one does. But it sounds right as "to" and wrong as "from" to me when I say it. I think majority of people say "to". But they may all be wrong.

I don't know why people wear toupees or wigs. They are always so obvious. On chemo I prefered to just go around with a bald head and interesting earings.
