It is complicated, the cult of the feathered snake came from central mexico, likely Teotihuacan but it isn't known if the Mayan Vision Serpent was a separate entity blended with the central mexican imagery or if it was an interpretation of the same, plus the more straight interpretation of the Toltec Itzaes in the post-classic. However the case, in Uxmal the serpent in the walls of the plaza has some common elements with the rattlesnake, but it may be a different serpent.

Unlikely. I assume that fertility cults outside the Mediterranean region grew independently and may well precede any influence from Mesopotamia.
But the way the cults got practiced are of course open to change and outside influence.

Which is actually wrong since he is described as a redhead.
His wife Sif had literal golden hair. Loki stole the natural ones (colour unknown) and had to replace them with a dwarf-made golden whig (that permanently attached to the skull and grew like natural hair).

Norse myth doesn't go into too much sexual detail (emphasis on detail, lots of perversions are hinted at).
