I'd be rather for Bavarian succession.
There was a remote chance for that but the Bayernpartei fell victim to a CSU plot that included mass perjury by leading CSU politicians leading to a false conviction of the Bayernpartei leadership before a crucial election. Although that sentence got quickly overturned by the appeals court, the damage was done and the CSU has ruled supreme since then in Bavaria. Think GOP, Rove and ACORN.
