That would actually depend on the composition of the 'chalk' (e.g carbonate or sulfate rich). If it is coloured, the next question would be with what kind of pigments. Organic colours would likely bleach.
The chalkboard itself should be resistant.

But are we talking about serious amounts of chlorine in the room condensating on the walls?

In order to condensate it would have to be quite cold or the pressure high.

If not how would the chlorine attack the chalk?

Chlorine plus chalk equals bleach.

Technically it would be wet chlorine plus lime. Wet does not mean liquid but chlorine containing a bit of water. It is far more aggressive than dry chlorine.

But your typical chalkboard chalk is not gypsum or limestone anymore but MgO (magnesium oxide) which under normal circumstances will not much react with anything. But as said the chlorine would still likely bleach any dye mixed into the chalk because it is likely to be organic.

Technique for close combat (and obviously with a rather weak bow). From what I get from some other videos in that channel different techniques are used for long distance rapid fire that sacrifice a bit of speed for increased accuracy. In some of the other videos there are also over the should shots (as would be used by horse archers).
Makes 'hail of arrows' a lot more believable.

Yes but one can do with far fewer archers and more oncentrated fire, if the rate is high enough.
Surprisingly the Mongols were usually vasty outnumbered but made up for it with rapid fire (while moving fast).
We know quite well how many men were in an actual Mongol army but the reports of their victims tended to exaggerate them often by an order of magnitude.

The limiting factor is usually the supply of arrows. Estimates are that the Mongols did about 10 arows per minute (aimed shots). 60 arrows were about the maximum to carry into battle (on horeseback). You can do the math how quickly they would exhaust their ammo and then it was in with sword and lance.
But still, a large Mongol host of six tumen (á 10,000 men) would bring up to 3.6 million arrows onto a battlefield (that would be more than 100 tons in weight btw). Afterwards they would spend significant time to collect as many as possible from the field to be reused and wait for the next waggon track with new ones.

Wait a sec, 10.000 men carrying 60 arrows each mean 600.000 arrows.

Each tumen had 10000 men. Six tumen are therefore 60K. This times 60 are 3.6M.
But I think most of the time they would carry only 30. Arrows can be rather bulky and as said, supply was often a problem. Your local medieval ammo shop would have some difficulty to fill orders of millions of arrows to be spent in a few mad minutes.

Btw, it simply sounds ridiculous with how little (artillery) ammo all involved powers went into WW1. Even at a leasurly rate of fire, they could have used it up in a single afternoon. There were times in that war that cannons were allowed to fire only once or twice a day because all stocks were essentially exhausted.
On the other hand the Americans, in the preparation for one of their first major attacks, fired in a few hours more shells at the German trenches than were spent in the whole battle of Verdun that took several months. The following attack became the inevitable massacre...of the Americans. Rarely was such effort made with so little effect.
