Drooling: the liquid simply follows gravity and the static pull of the partially charged skin
'geifern'*: strong horizontal component, liquid follows parabolic trajectory without skin contact (at least own skin of the Geiferer).

*no real English equivalent to be found, it seems. All I find have 'drool' as secondary meaning.
