Btw, theologians had hot debates about whether to have sex with beautiful women was more or less sinful than with ugly ones.

Just steer clear of the fundies, remember that the devil is tempting them all the time and they can't help control themselves.

A concrete bunker may not fly away but the pressure difference may harm those inside. Also bunkers are sensitive to flooding. If you put it on stilts earthquakes can become a problem.

Lately, anti-seismic construction uses an isolation platform that prevents the energy from the quake being transferred to the actual building. Said platform by definition can raise the position of the building thereby preventing damage from floods.
