Yarrr! On the whole, oi tries to avoid pie (hunless they be the poncy French Silk variety). It be the safest course orf action, especially as oi av eard terrifyin rumors about the loine of Fish Head Stewe Pot Pies yer plannnin to launch on a hunsuspectin public...

But to reply proper-loike to yer question, the Monastery be more civilized and intellekshul than...other places. (Oi am still eagerly awaitin' the arrival of Mead at the Benbow.)
