Zombies can't even walk straight, let alone fly a plane.

The Penatgon would probably be pretty good, no brains, but you'd have all those windows to board up. Plus, there's a subway stop there, and everyone knows how popular the subways are with Zombies. I used to ride the Metro with them all the time.
