Don't really now what to think about this list, as there are few artists on it that I rather like (The Doors for example...)

38 should be Cyndi Lauper.

After hearing her own version of Jingle Bells many, many times at work, she deserves a place on that list.

Britney "hit me baby one more time", "oops I did it again" Spears needs to be on this list, take off The Doors and The Goo Goo Dolls, I like them!

There are folks on that list that DO NOT belong there.

LOTS.

However, for ONE person's name alone, the creator of the list needs thrashing with a million guitars, at shred-metal speed.

YNGWIE MALMSTEEN

What, this dim-wit hasn't ever hear anything but the  speed stuff? The man can play the dang guitar, honey, like few others. There are legions og guitaristss that owe him their careers.

And they best just back off the Iron Butterfly, too...

The Doors? Alan Parson's Project? Emerson Lake and Palmer!?!?

Every person has the right to dislike certain music, but claim that those are the most talentless artists?

Critics tend to be poisonous slithering creatures but this one is -to my eyes- simply incompetent.

I wouldn't be surprised if No 38 was Led Zeppelin or Pink Floyd!

I guess the author is a talentless artist himself, and now wants to "pay back" to those, who actually can make good music.

Mah, this guy might have a case if he was working the 'overhyped' angle, but it's obviously done by someone with very narrow musical tastes.  There's plenty of worse artists around, and guess what.... you've never heard more than one track from most of them, and usually never heard of them at all.

I'd love to see a Top 100 Underrated Artists and expand my tastes.

There seems to be a backlash against Prog Rock. Punk did that years ago.

Hmmmm, worst bands, I'm thinking the 1980's, synthesizers, mullet haircuts...Kajagoogoo, Aha and Mister Mister for starters.

I love Iron Butterfly - they were before my time, 'Unconscious Power' and 'In-gada-da-vida' are 2 of my all time faves. Doug Ingle was a brilliant musician and great singer.

The Doors! Come off it!

ELP may have been pretensious but they could definitely kick butt performance wise.

       That list is outrageous and bogus!!The Doors are considered by fans and critics alike to be one of the top ten rock bands in history and the amongst the twenty most influential as well!

ELP?!?,Alan Parsons?? Celine Dion!! That voice of hers is gold plated with platinum.I'm foaming at the mouth,This must be a joke,where is Britney Spears,Tiffany,Debbie Gibson as well as the countless boy and girl bands that spew out Pablum for baby tastes?
