Well, perfect markets depend on perfect information, as any chicago school zealot would tell you. That young banker is just doing some very intricate research for the next emerging markets analysis, I am sure.

It takes the fun out of it a bit but it seems that said banker fell for a practical joke by his colleagues who sent the naughty pictures to his screen and then asked him to turn around (so he would be recognizable on TV).
