Ah well, at least the jerkiness there forced us to get together here, so there's some good use for them. 

Here here Ops ! I remember saying something to the same affect to Dave a year ago .I had quit the other pirate hARRbour (until the battle started , which we won , and now we're at it again ).

I have a pet theory that they are purposefully rearranging their board to lure us pirates in there to enhance their forum with our brand of humour. I regret that posting for pirates there has diminished my capacity to do the same here ( I find it difficult at times and marvel at the other pirates).

I was ready to get myself banned there by giving them a good vitriolic diseased portion of my mind  , thanks to sibling MIDL I didn't .

I've been interacting with some very taddy members , none of whom ( or is it who ?) know/knew about what transpired . It has brought us PoN , I hope to see a few other very taddy people in soon .

OTOH, I find that one of the recompenses of age and experience is the opportunity to schlep around a portable soapbox, alert to the near occasion of inflicting my hard-earned wisdom upon the wet-behind-the-ears and udeserving.

The ungrateful bastards. 

Even if they "for the most part are capable of nothing but inexplicable dumb-shows and noise"* there is the chance that some impressionable whippersnapper in their  audience can be nudged in a more enlightened direction.

and Taco boy is sadly one of the ones whos mental whatever (aspergers,autism,?) made him have that sort of brilliance but just too far over the edge for him to really be effective over the long run... this is why I once worked with a dairy department manager who had graduated from Harvard law 1st in class--- brilliant but completely useless........... taco art photos for petes sake
