On another forum, a fundie was saying that in "heaven" no animals....because (according to his "wisdom") animals don't qualify--no souls.

I replied b.s.

I've seen far more compassion and soul coming from animals (dogs, cats-- even horses, according to my mom) than many a human.

If that doesn't qualify for soul status, then the being responsible is Evil-with-a-capitol-E.

Sometimes, the real journey can only be taken by making a mistake.
