The end of the world was hype put out by non-Mayans. The Mayans didn't say the world would end, just the five thousand and something year ear we were in.

Actually, rumor has it that we could be beginning a Golden Age of enlightenment, that is if we don't mess it up.

That's definitely something to celebrate.

We didn't have much of a party this time .
I tried getting something going but nobody was really interested in coming over as I was withdrawn a bit over my medical issues.
Oh well ... next one I shall be more prepared .
