Not so long since I saw a live interview on TV with him. What's he doing dying so quickly*?
:pillar:
* I know he was diagnosed in 2007 and that's a good long time ago, but it must have speeded up recently or something

:'(
:pillar: and :drunk: to his life, and life's work.
I've most recently been enjoying his Long Earth series with Stephen Baxter.
(and as a greedy reader, hope he's left enough to bring the series to conclusion)

I HOPE HE GETS A NICE PLACE IN DEATH'S DOMAIN
Edit:
Praise we Pratchett who passed away
Mourn ye men his merit was high
A voice of wisdom vanished this day
Fountain of fun's flow now runs dry
My one word comment...
Alas.
I ran puppets in an am dram version of Wyrd Sisters back in the 90s. TP came to the last night and the cast party. He signed my script "break a leg. Terry"
My dad found it in a folder at his house and assumed it was scrap.... He wrote chess puzzles on it and most of it got thrown away :(
Guy was a legend.... Sadly missed. (Terry.. Not my dad... He's not dead although he almost was when I found out).
He will be missed.

And the clacks towers are silent.
My son sent me this and it seems appropriate here.
It's a cake.
