Can there be vaccination side effects showing up 3.5 weeks after the shot?
Noticed touchy swellings in my armpits this morning (something I cannot remember having at any time in the past.
It's on the potential side effect list (.1 to 1% probability) but this seems to be a bit late.

I suspect the likelihood of you getting corona has a lot of zeroes in front of it.

At the moment that may be correct. But just a few months ago when I did my practical at a school, it was probably much higher. Some other schools at the time had quite a few cases and a number of infected teachers. Where I was it was either false alarms, cases caught in advance and a lot of people that had to stay off for a time because someone outside school they had contact with proved positive.
