Outis, I have been worried about you...

I also though of you when I rearranged the fridge to put the rest of the ham in. I think I was channeling you every time I went to the grocery store this month, because I kept on thinking I needed butter.

I have 5 and a half pounds of butter in my refrigerator. Hmmm, a little fudge, a lot of frosting-making (you can store pre-made frosting in the freezer and allow to thaw as needed, you know) and some baked potatoes will whip that down to 4 pounds in no time.

Ah, well, butter's freezable too!!
